Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the RazorSharpSouth.com special “Lincoln Continental Raffle” (the “Raffle”) which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site found at www.razorsharpsouth.com (the “Sponsor”). Your participation in the Raffle shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

Entry to the Raffle is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide the Sponsor, or a third party, with proof of age and /or identity.
Employees and relatives of employees of the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or related to the Sponsor shall not be eligible to enter the Raffle. For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
The Raffle shall take place on September 1st 2008 (the “Raffle Date”).
Each entrant shall be entitled to make unlimited entries into the Raffle until maximum amount of tickets are sold. In the event that the Sponsor deems an entrant to have made invalid applications to enter the Raffle or as in any way having acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Raffle and consequently ineligible to win any of the Prizes, as defined below.
In order to enter the Raffle each shall entrant enter a valid E-mail address and, following confirmation of the entrants' E-mail via a conformation E-mail, such entrant shall be eligible to participate in the Raffle.
The Sponsor shall execute one (1) Prize Draw which shall take place on the 1st of September 2008 at 1:00 pm EST at the registered offices of the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall cease to accept entries to the Raffle on the 1st of September 2008 at 07:00 a.m. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Raffle shall only take place if one thousand five hundred (1500) people or more successfully enter the Raffle. If the aforementioned amount of tickets are not sold, the raffle will convert to a 50/50.
If the Raffle shall convert to a 50/50, 50% (fifty percent, one half) of the total cash amount of tickets sold will be awarded to the winner.
The prize for winning the Raffle shall be a 1967 Lincoln Continental with 20" (inch) rims (the “Prize”) (Given the aforementioned amount fo tickets are sold) or 50% of the total cash amount of the tickets sold.
Reciept of the Prize shall be made to the Raffle winner in accordance with one of the following methods: (i) via in person pick up; or (ii) shipped to the winner at the winner's expense
The Sponsor shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within thirty (30) days of the Raffle. The winner must receive the Prize within thirty (30) days of the Sponsor's receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
Notwithstanding Section 9 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to such Prize and the Sponsor shall have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
The Sponsor’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Your participation in the Raffle is deemed your agreement that the Sponsor may use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do the same and expressly waive any claims against the Sponsor in this regard.
The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
By entering the Raffle each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment, the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as specified.
The winners’ name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Sponsor at the address below.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
